We've been around for a long time, and over the years many things about the restaurant have changed, but we've tried to maintain the same spirit and vibe that has made the restaurant what it is today. We are so glad that we managed to keep the guests who have helped build us up to where we are today satisfied and we hope you remain a regular visitor. :)

So sorry to hear you did not have a good service experience. When we renovated PBTB and designed the new menu we had nothing but the customer experience in mind. It is disappointing to hear that the service was not up to the mark and everything came out the wrong way. We certainly would like you to give us another chance. The only explanation I have and please dont take this as an excuse is that the restaurant was brand new, packed and we were simply overwhelmed by the amount of guests. We are confident that today you would have a great experience. Again, our sincere apologize! Please give us a shout when you visit us again to make sure we take care of you.... and btw, of course we have Pesto :)
