The staff have been informed with regards to letting the guests know when the kitchen shuts for lunch. As you may know we are now an all day dining restaurant the pizzas are available throughout and there is a deli menu on until 7pm.
With regards to service charge, this is something that has always been part of our billing structure. I am glad you like the restaurant and continue to visit us.
